Joseph Lee Spivy

President · Founder & CEO

Joe Spivy lived an outlaw lifestyle and struggled with addiction before his personal transformation through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Now a man of God, Joe founded Outreach 4 Outlaws to reach individuals trapped in the same cycles he once knew. His lived experience gives him unique credibility and compassion for those O4O serves. Joe leads the strategic direction of O4O and oversees all ministry operations.

Brandon Scott Stanley

Vice President

Brandon serves as Vice President of Outreach 4 Outlaws, supporting the ministry's mission and operations. His dedication to serving others and his connection to the automotive community make him a vital part of the O4O leadership team. Brandon assists in strategic planning and community outreach efforts.

Shayna Leeann Spivy

Secretary

Shayna serves as Secretary for Outreach 4 Outlaws, maintaining official records and supporting organizational communication. Her commitment to the ministry's mission runs deep—shaped by her own journey of overcoming addiction. After struggling with addiction for many years, Shayna has found freedom and purpose through faith, achieving three years of sobriety. Her lived experience and hard-won recovery give her genuine empathy for those O4O serves. Shayna's administrative skills and her understanding of the transformation process help keep O4O running smoothly and serve as an inspiration to others on their own paths to healing.

Lisa Azpilcueta

Treasurer · Content Manager

Lisa serves as Treasurer and Content Manager for Outreach 4 Outlaws. She oversees financial stewardship and manages the website content and event updates, ensuring transparency in O4O's finances and keeping the community informed about ministry activities. Though she has not personally struggled with addiction, Lisa's deep connection to O4O's mission comes from a lifetime of watching family members battle addiction. Her firsthand understanding of how addiction affects entire families fuels her passion for supporting a ministry that offers hope and transformation. Lisa's commitment to excellence in her roles reflects her belief in the organization's vital work.
