About Outreach 4 Outlaws
Meeting people where they are and walking with them toward freedom in Christ.
Our Story
Outreach 4 Outlaws was founded on January 8, 2026 in Conway, Arkansas. Our founder, Joseph Lee Spivy, lived an outlaw lifestyle before his personal transformation through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
O4O exists to reach individuals trapped in addiction and outlaw lifestyles. We believe in meeting people where they are at, whether it's the track, in the garage, in the community, and (as doors open) through incarceration and reentry support.
Meet LeadershipMission & Vision
Mission: Pulling individuals out of addiction and outlaw lifestyles through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Vision: Using car culture and motorsports to reach the unreached, build authentic community, and create pathways to lasting change.
Statement of Faith
Our ministry is Christ-centered and grounded in Scripture. We serve people with compassion and without judgment while being clear about what we believe.
-
1. The Bible is the ultimate authority
God's Word guides what we teach, how we live, and how we serve.
-
2. Salvation is only through Jesus Christ
Freedom and new life come through Jesus—not through behavior change alone.
-
3. The Holy Spirit transforms lives
We believe real transformation is possible because God changes hearts.
-
4. God commands holiness, repentance, and service
We pursue a changed life and serve others as an overflow of God's grace.
-
5. Ministry must be practical and grounded in truth
We focus on what actually helps people take the next step—truthful conversations, consistent relationships, accountability, and practical support.
